Pastor Willie and Pastor Daisy have been lead pastors of Crossroads Church since 2001. They devote themselves to helping all people experience inner healing and deliverance through the power of Jesus. Their goal is that everyone would discover and live out their God-given purpose.

Pastor Willie was born in New York City, and Pastor Daisy was born in Honduras. They both speak Spanish and English. They have Hispanic, Chinese, Filipino, African American and Anglo family members. They believe that people from many different backgrounds should worship God together as one family. They live each day seeking to share with others the gift of new life that is found in Jesus.
Pastor Willie was a trial lawyer before being called by God into the full-time ministry. He has a Master of Divinity degree from Alliance Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Pastor Daisy was a Head Start teacher before being called by God into the ministry. She has a Masters degree in Urban Ministries from Alliance Theological Seminary. Prior to coming to Crossroads, they were the directors of the Hospital and AIDS Ministries at Times Square Church in New York City. Both are ordained elders with the Free Methodist Church of North America.
